Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Ludo Lantern (the "game"), provided by ST Solutions ("we", "us"). By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.

1. Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms, including any purchases.

2. Your account

  • The game creates an account for you automatically. You can link it to Google or Apple to keep it on another phone.
  • Keep your phone and sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • Choose a respectful name. We may change names that are offensive or impersonate others.
  • One person may not use accounts to gain an unfair advantage (for example, passing coins between their own accounts).

3. Coins, gems and items

Coins, gems and items are virtual items with no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred for money, withdrawn or exchanged for money or anything of value outside the game. Ludo Lantern is not gambling: stakes and prizes are virtual coins only.
  • You receive a limited, personal licence to use virtual items in the game. You don't own them.
  • Stakes: every online game uses a coin stake that is taken when a match starts. Winners share the pot; a small share is kept by the game. A stake is returned if no match starts.
  • We may change prices, rewards and how items work, for example to keep the game balanced.
  • Virtual items are lost if your account is deleted or banned, and have no value if the game ends.
  • Coins and gems have no real-world value. They can't be exchanged for money or anything outside the game, and there is no way to cash out. Buying, selling or trading accounts or coins outside the game is not allowed.

4. Purchases

  • Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store and follow their terms. Prices are shown before you buy.
  • Purchases are final except where the store's policy or the law says otherwise. For refunds, contact the store you bought from.
  • VIP is a monthly subscription: a daily bonus of coins and gems and no full-screen ads. It renews automatically each month at the price shown until you cancel it in Google Play (Subscriptions) or on iPhone (Settings → your name → Subscriptions), at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancelling keeps VIP until the end of the month you paid for.
  • If a purchase is refunded, what it gave is removed from your account (as far as you still have it).
  • If something you bought doesn't arrive, open a support ticket with your order number.

5. Online play and computer players

  • Online dice are rolled by our server. Every player has the same chances.
  • When no players are available, computer players may fill empty seats. They play by exactly the same rules and dice, and receive no advantage.
  • If you leave or lose connection, AUTO plays for you. If you don't come back within about a minute, you leave the game and your stake stays in the pot.

6. Fair play and behaviour

Follow our community rules. You must not cheat, use bots or modified apps, exploit bugs, harass others, or share offensive content. We may warn, restrict, remove items from, suspend or ban accounts that break these rules, and remove coins or items gained unfairly.

7. Our content

The game, its design, artwork, sounds and code belong to ST Solutions or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute them, except as the law allows.

8. Changes and availability

We update the game regularly and may change or remove features. We try to keep the online service running at all times, but it may sometimes be unavailable (for example, for maintenance). We may update these terms; if the change is important, we will tell you in the game.

9. Ending

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time (how). We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.

10. Liability

The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for loss of virtual items caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights where you live.
