In the game (fastest)

1. Open Ludo Lantern and make sure you're online.
2. Tap Settings (the gear, top right).
3. In Account, tap Delete account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email support@ludolantern.com with the subject "Delete my account" and include:

• your player code (8 digits, shown in Friends and in Settings), and
• your player name, and, if you signed in with Google or Apple, which one.

We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. We delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your profile, player name and player code
• Coins, gems, items, level, statistics, missions and achievements
• Friends, friend requests, gifts, blocks, and tournament and leaderboard entries
• The link to your Google or Apple sign-in

What may be kept, and for how long

• Backups containing your data are removed within 14 days.
• Server logs (IP address, connection times) are kept for up to 30 days for security.
• Reports about serious abuse may be kept longer when needed to protect players or required by law.
• Past game results may remain as anonymous statistics (with no link to you).
