Ludo Lantern

Fair play & community rules

Ludo should be fun for everyone. Here's how we keep it fair, and what we ask of players.

How games stay fair

  • Server dice. In online games, every roll is made by our server, never by a phone. Everyone has exactly the same chances. Nothing you buy changes the dice.
  • Same rules for all. The server checks every move against the rules.
  • Matching. You're matched with players who chose the same game, rules, number of players and stake.
  • Re-rolls. Online, anyone may re-roll their last number for gems (up to 5 times a game). This is shown in each table's rules.

Computer players

When no players are available after a short wait, computer players may fill the empty seats so you don't have to wait. They use the same dice and rules as everyone else and get no advantage. In offline games against the computer, the computer players are named "Player 2", "Player 3" and "Player 4".

AUTO

If a player doesn't roll or move in time, or loses connection, AUTO plays for them like an average player until they tap "Tap to play". A player who doesn't return within about a minute leaves the game.

Community rules

  1. Be respectful. No insults, hate, threats or harassment, in names, chat or voice.
  2. No cheating. No modified apps, bots, scripts, or exploiting bugs. Report bugs to us instead.
  3. No coin trading for money. Don't buy, sell or trade coins, gems or accounts outside the game.
  4. No multi-accounting to gain an advantage, such as passing coins between your own accounts or teaming against others.
  5. Keep personal information private. Don't share phone numbers, addresses or other private details.
  6. Appropriate names and content only.

Reporting and blocking

During a game, tap a player's picture to Report or Block them. Blocked players can't chat or talk with you. Every report is reviewed. Depending on what happened, we may warn, mute, restrict, suspend or ban an account, and remove coins or items gained unfairly.
